The Midland Convention and Visitors Bureau will assist with your selection process by providing information on facilities and hotels; arranging appointments and serving as an escort on personal site inspections of facilities and our city; and creating a customized bid
proposal and presentation. 

·         Gather detailed information on your event, submit to appropriate sports venues and hotels, and  request  rate and amenity packages for your group

·         Compile information on Midland, CVB services, venues and hotels, and prepare a custom designed bid proposal based on the special needs of your group

·         Give verbal bid presentation before your site selection committee highlighting details of the bid package and city

·         Arrange itinerary, confirm appointments and provide staff to accompany you on a site inspection of the city
